GW32: The Verdict

Doing some catch-up work.

The Verdict is about analysis of my players based on their score, combined with their underlying stats (credit to ShotsonTarget) from a particular Gameweek.

This section was actually quite tricky to make because players brought in have expectations about them, highlighted by their projected score. Since this is part of the personal record, there will be 2 tables to deliver the verdict on these players. The first table will be the underlying stats for each player based on their individual games.

Based on these stats, their actual score is compared to their projected score, and based on their stats a Verdict is given.

Delivers: Enrique

Unlucky: RVP, Suarez

Lucky: Clyne

Expecteds: Turner, Cazorla, Gerrard, Jenas, Wilson, Zabaleta

Flops: Mata

Not Playing/Injured: Walcott

Gem: Benteke

Conclusion: 47 points from a projected 36 was a huge surprise. Think I lucked out here with Clyne and Boruc getting CS, but that's what you do your rotation homework for.

To monitor: Mata. The stats are becoming inconsistent, which ties in with Rafa's rotation policy. Think the Chelsea midfield has become more of a "2 man" investment block where you either get both or none at all. Another case study for end of the season? Perhaps.
