GW29: The Verdict

Green arrow again. Must learn from Liverpool though: When you announce to the world that you're 2 points off fourth place, the whole universe conspires against you to succeed worse than a Paulo Coelho book.

The Verdict is about analysis of my players based on their score, combined with their underlying stats from a particular Gameweek. More explanation to follow.

This section was actually quite tricky to make because players brought in have expectations about them, highlighted by their projected score. Since this is part of the personal record, there will be 2 tables to deliver the verdict on these players. The first table will be the underlying stats for each player based on their individual games.

Based on these stats, their actual score is compared to their projected score.

Delivers: Bale, Benteke

Unlucky: -

Lucky: Turner, Sissoko, Suarez

Expecteds: Wilson, Sessegnon

Flops: -

Not Playing/Injured: Clyne

Gem: Enrique

Conclusion: Kaboomed this Gameweek with 59 points, such a shame I didn't cap Suarez instead of Benteke. Nevertheless, it was heartening to know that I capped a Deliver, and with some fortune (Boruc etc.), just goes to show that FPL is a game of consistency and if you have enough luck you'll hit heights. Lesson learnt.

To monitor: Calm before the storm really, these few weeks. Kinda why preparations for the upcoming DGWs (wherever they land) is really really vital. At this time of writing, I have already brought DDG in, and I've planned for a Wigan mid in for Sessegnon pre-31. Everything after that is aimed at Man United or Arsenal players. Will make a special, separate post for this.
